Waiting for Green

Spring is so slow to come in the Mountains, I've been looking at summer photos, longing for green grass and leaves.

Cabbage Ppriyal, Mysore Rasam, Buttermilk Sambar.
Yam Poriyal, Potato Masala and a Coconut chutney in the back.

, Vegetarian cuisine from South India by Chandra Padmanabhan.
It was delicious!
