Waiting for Green

Spring is so slow to come in the Mountains, I've been looking at summer photos, longing for green grass and leaves.

My friend Kat and I made a 6 course meal from the cook book: Dakshin, Vegetarian cuisine from South India  by Chandra Padmanabhan. 
It was delicious!
